Although no two cases are alike, fees are determined on a case by case analysis, and we do our best to help you with billing your dental insurance and providing a payment plan that is appropriate to your treatment. Insurance:
Most insurance companies only pay a portion of the orthodontic fee. There are countless agreements between insurance companies and employers, and each contract provides a different benefit. However, orthodontic insurance generally differs from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a one time lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services (unless your insurance carrier and/ or coverage changes). This benefit is paid as a percentage of the orthodontic fee until the benefit maximum has been reached and/or over the course of treatment.
