All of our team members have received the necessary accreditations, training and experience required to work in Dr. Rouleau's office. All team members have their RDA and X-ray licenses. As an additional assurance to all of our patients, every staff member has been trained and licensed to administer CPR. They have been OSHA-trained to ensure that all safety policies are followed. Our team regularly attends seminars to maintain their licenses. Dr. Michelle Masuda is a native of Orange County. She graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Sciences. She then moved to San Francisco where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. In dental school, she was involved in community service activities with ‘SCOPE’ (Student Community Outreach for Public Education) and the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco. She also had the amazing opportunity to travel to the Philippines on a dental mission trip, providing free dental care in underserved areas. Dr. Masuda was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Tau Kappa Omega dental honor societies based on outstanding academic achievements. Before entering specialty training, she worked in private practice and was an instructor at the University of the Pacific. Dr. Masuda received her Certificate in Orthodontics and Master’s of Science degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. While in residency, she traveled to the China with Rotaplast International to treat children with cleft lip and palate.
In her free time, Dr. Masuda enjoys cooking and baking, playing board games, spending time with family and friends, and is now learning how to speak Japanese.
